Then and Now - What Can Happen in a Year!

The picture on the left is the photo that grabbed my heart in April of 2011

 

The one on the right  is our little girl Olivia 1 year ago as she walked in the government building to meet us. We happened to get there at the same time and she spotted us (from the photos we had sent)  - she never took her eye off of us, but she looked so scared.
